# Social Analytics

> Track engagement, reach, and follower growth across every connected account — with per-post and per-pillar breakdowns and client-ready reports

Hiveku Social pulls performance from every connected account into one view so you can see what's working without opening six native dashboards. Go to **Marketing > Social > Analytics**.

<Info>
  Analytics only covers accounts you've connected. If a platform is missing, wire it up first — see [Connecting Accounts](/social/connecting-accounts).
</Info>

## What you can measure

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Engagement" icon="heart">
    Likes, comments, shares, and reactions across your connected accounts.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Reach" icon="eye">
    How many people saw your posts.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Follower growth" icon="users">
    Audience size over time, per account.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Per-post breakdown" icon="chart-line">
    Every published post ranked by how it performed.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Per-post breakdowns

Each post shows its own engagement and reach numbers, so you can sort your best and worst performers and spot the format, topic, or time slot that lands. Use it to decide what to post more of — then draft the follow-ups with the [AI assistant](/social/ai-assistant) or schedule them from the [Composer](/social/composer).

## Per-pillar breakdown

If you tag posts with [Content Pillars](/how-tos/content-pillars), analytics rolls performance up by theme — so you can compare *Customer Stories* against *Product Updates* and double down on the pillars your audience responds to. Manage your themes in **Marketing > Social > Pillars**.

## Client-ready reports

Analytics is built to hand to a client or stakeholder — a clean summary of engagement, reach, and growth across their accounts, without the raw noise of six separate platform dashboards.

## Caveats worth knowing

<Warning>
  Platform APIs report on a delay. Give metrics **up to 24 hours** to settle — "today's" numbers are always incomplete, so compare yesterday or last week for accurate trends.
</Warning>

* **Google Business Profile is profile-level only.** Google discontinued per-post statistics, so GBP reports on the profile as a whole (views, website clicks, calls) rather than individual posts.
* **TikTok metrics appear after the draft is public.** TikTok posts publish as a draft you finalize in the TikTok app — until you post it there, the video isn't live and has no stats to report. See how TikTok publishing works in [Schedule Social Posts](/how-tos/social-posts).

<Note>
  Running paid campaigns too? Ad spend, clicks, conversions, and ROAS live in a separate dashboard under **Marketing > PPC** — see [PPC Campaigns](/advertising/campaigns).
</Note>
